How to use:
We recommend using your pads at least the very least 3 times per week. Consider daily use for maximum results.
Results are more pronounced and noticeable with consistent use, over time.
How to care for your pads:
- Make sure your chest area is clean, dry and free of lotions
- Place the silicone pads on the given area for an hour a day and work your way up to keeping them on overnight.
- When finished, remove the silicone pads and wash them with water and a mild soap.
- Place the protective plastic covering over the silicone pads when you are not using them.
How long do they last:
Our medical grade silicone pads can be used 20-30 times depending on skin type and how you care for them. However, some customers have been able to squeeze a few more uses than this.
